Our hire range is perfect for those who want to create their own style or require a few items to style their event or photoshoot.

We have a beautiful collection of vintage pieces to offer for hire, ranging from teapots, trio’s, cups and saucers, cake stands, dinner plates to name some. These are alongside buntings, birdcages, wooden crates, vintage silverware and glassware, suitcases, blackboards, frames, bespoke table linen, photo booth props, candle holders and much, much more. Bunting and table linen can be made to suit any colour scheme or theme. The Heirloom also specializes in custom designed stationery and handmade gifts.

Event Design

Don’t know where to start? Don’t panic – let us design your event to suit your tastes and personality. We can help find a style that reflects your ideas, likes, event needs and budget. We will work with those who find it too hard to choose a style from the overwhelming number of ideas out there or with those who have a strong idea of what they want but need a hand fine-tuning their event – or anyone in between!

Styling

Seen what you like? Not sure how to incorporate all the ideas, inspiration and pieces into your event? We can help your vision become reality. Whether you need a hand with ceremony, reception, baby shower or that special party we can be as involved as you like or step back and just advise. Contact us for a consultation, either by e-mail, phone or in person and let us assist.

Delivery, Set-up and Pick Up

We know that planning an event can be stressful and let’s face it, the last thing you need is one more thing to worry about. Let us handle those not so-fun details — like packing, delivery, and down — so that you can spend your time worrying about more important things… like enjoying your big day. The Heirloom can take the pressure off by transporting or setting up the decorative pieces or items you want to hire. We also help to pack down afterwards. Cost depends on the delivery location, number of items to be transported as well as labour required for set up. Contact us for advice or quotations.

If you wish to save money you can pick up from our Tauranga or Whakatane locations yourself.

Packages and Custom Design

We have three basic event styling packages, also Baby Shower packages or we can custom make a cost-effective package to suit your individual needs. We also offer custom-made table-linen, napkins, table runners, bunting, wooden “Mr & Mrs” signs, banners, backdrops and photobooth props.

Having trouble finding a special piece? We love seeking out something special or different and will happily help to find it at a fair price. If you have found something you would love to hire but don’t want to buy it we will gladly consider adding to our range. Remember we’re constantly adding to our collection.

How To Hire

Browse through our inventory and list the items/packages you wish to hire. Fill in our Quote form or email your list to us (please include quantities also) and provide your contact name & number, intended date of hire and delivery address and any set-up services you require.

Once we have confirmed that your items are available, we will send you an invoice, our terms & conditions and a request for the 30% booking deposit.

Please Note: Orders are not confirmed until booking deposit has been paid. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days before the intended date of hire.
